A prayer labyrinth is an ancient symbol of wholeness. The notion of a circle and spiral or winding shape generate a meandering but purposeful journey. Not unlike the experience of life. The Labyrinth represents a journey or path to our own center and back again out into the world. Labyrinths have long been used as meditation and prayer tools. They offer you a space to step out of the racing external and into a quiet, re-centering few moments of internal.
